Studies have shown that hypnosis can be effective at relieving pain, and our certified hypnotherapists use the most advanced Pain Relief Hypnosis techniques in the profession. Whether you're suffering with acute pain, chronic pain, back pain, or nerve pain, hypnosis can help reduce the sensation of discomfort in your body and help you feel better, sleep better, and enjoy your life.

Hypnoanesthesia can reduce and provide relief for all kinds of pain from mild discomfort to severe chronic pain. Learning methods of hypnoanesthesia can help you with your pain.

Most clients feel some relief in the first session, and in 5 sessions you can learn hypnoanesthesia to control the pain yourself – giving you control over your own life back. Our sessions are customized and individualized just for you based on your own unique circumstances and needs.

The process starts with a referral by your doctor indicating hypnosis is safe to use for your condition. This is usually not an issue, however it’s important that we know you have already worked with your doctor to determine the cause and recommended course of treatment. Once we receive a referral from your doctor, we will schedule your sessions. On average we work with clients on Pain Relief for 5 sessions. The first session we learn more about your specific situation and how it is impacting your life. Sessions are scheduled once a week, and the systematic process ensures the hypnosis sessions are more powerful each week as we build on techniques that are working specifically for you. Yes you will need to practice these techniques at home! Hypnosis works by rewiring your brain – and that can take some practice. The good news is that a lot of insight and very rapid changes take place during the in-person hypnosis sessions, then you will continue the work in the privacy of your own home. Once you feel comfortable on a day to day basis that you are able to reduce your pain with hypnosis and self-hypnosis, your hypnotist will work with you on a plan for the long-term that will keep you feeling better over time.
